Mental health support

Mental health issues can affect us all at different times in our lives, so it's important to look after ourselves and make sure help is there when we need it.

In my recent Our Home, Our Health survey, it was clear by the responses that many people didn’t feel certain they knew where to go to access mental health services, so I have put together a list of organisations, both national and local, which is available below.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, please remember you’re not alone – there are people and organisations ready to listen and help.
