This August I recognised 13-year-old dancer Faye Parsons from Mold with a Community Champion award.

Faye started dancing at 18 months old and earlier in August she scooped a gold medal in the children’s solo lyrical category at the Dance World Cup 2024, held in Prague.

It’s such an amazing feat to win a gold medal for Team Wales at such a prestigious international event and I know that her family and friends must be so proud of her.
